I'm currently emphasising on producing a hot and cold herbal drink from Roselle plant's flower and infusing them with local herbs and spices and also with other edible flowers. I won't use tea in any form so I can't term it as Roselle tea. Roselle is widely used in the North East cuisines. But it's usages is limited to the kitchens only as a vegetable or herb and also for making jams and jellies. I want to expand its usage keeping in mind it's immense health benefits like for having anti ageing properties, full of anti oxidants, beneficial for health issues related to women. It has aslo anti inflammatory, anti bacterial and anti cancerous properties. Also it is a store house of vitamin C and controls the BP. Apart from it I've also used Roselle while preparing black rice cup cakes and other snacks. I'm also planning to use it while preparing millet mushroom and oats cookies. In short it is a super food and I want to use its benefits to the maximum use and which can be consumed by evryone. My products will be diabetic friendly. I would like to target the vast majority of the population who are now conscious about their helath and who really wants eat healthy. As my products will be free of preservatives or added sugar, hence any one, be it a child or an adult can easily consume it without any guilt. And this will also help me in generating revenue as people now want healthy alternatives . Retail, online and offline mode is business helps in revenue generation. Also social media is another platform for revenue generation.
