My ideas towards manufacturing of wine are:- 1. Fruit wine which can minimize the spoilage of fruits in Assam to some extent. 2. As compared to other processed food wine is a more movable product in any market, so the uses of fruit also will be in huge quantity. 3. Making Organic wine by using locally available herbs to encourage the villagers. 4. As I make Ginger and honey wine also, so along with the fruit farmers I will encourage Bee farmers also. 5. I also have a dream project of a Fruit Arch which will also generate employment to the local people near to the Arch. 6. Fruit Arch also will be a good tourist spot. 7. I also want to develop one self-help group that will be engaged in my food processing unit, where I will develop some different food products from the by-products. 8. First is to full feel the demand of the local market and then to the National and International market. So, by manufacturing different types of wine I will encourage the GDP of Assam.
