Countryside Factor Market Solution
This module is designed with the concept of "Factor Market" system where land,people,capital and entrepreneurship are the key factors for running a start up. Our basic idea is to transform a countryside tourist spot into a selling-cum-production centre for handicraft.
In those areas the production land and the working force is easily available.
Capital requirement is also very low as the raw materiel can be collected free of cost. Only requirement is the entrepreneurship where the idea fit for.
Six months ago ,we started a handicraft(bamboo&terracotta) project at a village in Chandubi. Before we go for any production process we have done a test marketing. So we took a temporary shop there and start selling our few sample products to the tourists. As it was December picnic season we finished our stock very soon. With this successful step we have started giving trainings to the interested people and built an effective skilled force who are mostly women. For last two months we are engaged with our production and marketing there.
